Data Deletion Instructions

Sign in to Threads Mode, open Social accounts and disconnect the Instagram or Threads account you no longer want linked. The saved provider credentials for that connection are removed from active use.

Send a deletion request through Support from your Threads Mode account, or email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. Identify the account you want deleted so we can verify ownership before completing the request.

If you remove Threads Mode through Instagram, Threads or Meta account settings, Meta sends us a signed deletion request. We delete the matching connected-account data and return a confirmation code with a status page.
